Very very bad customer service and harassing customer

county d and old hwy 8 there is holiday gas station I don't know the exact adreess I been going there before even became a holiday that happen three times so far there is 4 or 5 employees standing and just one person running the register and if you make any comment the person incharge she will come and will tell the cashier do it your way don't listen to customer when I went last time around 8.45 pm and buying some scratch of the cashier on the register told me he can't sell me any scratch of from the both side and I asked him why he said other side is close so I said there is 5 people including the cashier why they can't run the both register and all the other holiday does he said they are franchise them owner told them don't to sell the lottery after 9 I was talking to him in general the girl come behind him and act like goon and said hey do how you like to do to the cashier and I told her hey we are just talking in general but she was so aggressive and loud so I told the cashier its okay I will leave and the cashier was agree to me there is 4 more people other then him on the clock why the other register is close also I been to location so many time and the other holiday but never saw the employees have the chair or stool to sit on the register that is my first gas station ever I saw its okay if some one can't stand have any problem but its not possible all the employees have the problem can't stand on the register need chair ti sit and top of that ask them anything and they have to get up from the chair they gave you look they want to kill you its horrible sorry to say that is not the good business for any company and horrible customer service thanks

Hello,

The store I went to was 274**** on Washington Ave North. The transaction amount was $10 for gas.

I was on pump 3, went into the store, and asked for 10 bucks on pump 3.. I went to pump gas and it would not work so I went back in the store and told the woman, who had a manager name tag on, that the pump was not working. She then told me to go to 6 so I hurried and went to 6. It too was not working so again I went into the store and she said 'sorry the pump timed out...

here is a refund'. I asked how did it time out in that short of time??? No answer. I said if you knew pump 3 didn't work why did you have it open?

No answer. She then handed me a receipt and said it is on your card. I tried buying gas and it was declined because the money was not there. I said why do I have to suffer and wait for your mistake and she then said it is not my mistake.

I said what??? You put the money on the wrong pump obviously because how would it time out in the 30 seconds it took me to get on pump 6??? She said nothing, so I took the receipt and said thank you for causing me trouble with the gas and my appointment. She walked away and I left.

I don't understand, and I know for a fact that she put the money on the wrong pump yet I, the customer have to wait and suffer for my little ten bucks... how is this okay and fair. She was not rude, she did not say much or take responsibility for her error. This is why I am upset.

Also, the fact that I am the customer, and she paid no attention when I was asking my questions and trying to pay for gas. How is this acceptable? Why did I have to wait until it was too late to get gas which by the way I always get from this station to get gas n food, but I will choose better next time if this is how it's going to be. I did call to talk to her about it and all she said was I have to wait 72 hours.

No apology, no accountability, nothing. If she indeed put it on the right pump it would have worked unless it was broken and she still did it and/or put it on 6 and this whole time of me running in and out of the store 3 times is what caused the pump to time out, because it does not time out from the time you walk out the store to the pump. Never in my life has it done that and I doubt it took me more than 30 seconds to walk from door to car. So she lied and she put the money on the wrong pump and that's how it timed out because it doesn't take a detective to figure it out.

And what happened to pump 3??? It's broken, and she just didn't do her job and have it properly shut off or down or something. This is just ridiculous. You didn't have to wait for your return money, I did.

If she had just admitted to her mistake and owned up, I would have been okay with that. But I had to run in and out of the store 3 times to talk to her. Total waste of time and money plus a missed appointment for an easy fix.

I would caution future customers not to go to that one if that's how she or the employees represent the establishment. Perhaps they should learn to listen to customers and understand the meaning of mistake and accountability.

I am a Hispanic (Mexican American woman) who is originally from south Texas and traveled to Aberdeen South Dakota. I parked to the side of an empty parking lot in your holiday gas station store on 6th ave in Aberdeen and I got off to use the restroom and throw out a small trash bag that was in a bag given to me by one of your employees when I purchased some chips.

I threw the empty chip bag and soda can in the bag and disposed of it in the trash bin, and went on my way to the restroom. As Im coming out a man there came at me telling me this isnt a dumpsite, and left a note on my car saying it was going to be towed for parking there! Not one sign was visible that says employee parking like he falsely claimed and there was no need for that ugly tone and rude comments coming from him saying his boss told him to. I went back into the store and they all started pointing fingers around saying it was the other person, and of course, nobody knew who did it.

They were all white/caucasian employees and the other people parking next to me in the same area were white also. RACISM AT ITS FINEST!!!

YOU WERE WRONG and were called out for it. Stop trying to make it about you being HISPANIC. It makes you appear a fool. Since the rules apply to EVERYONE, you CANNOT claim "racial profiling" The only one who is profiling is you.

You are ASSuming that because they are white that they are profiling you. It has come to a time when if we have a dispute with someone they have to be the same racial background just to avoid being accused of profiling.

You did wrong and you are trying to use racial profiling for being Hispanic to get out of accountability. SHAME ON YOU.

I'm a truck driver and I went there to take a momentary break. I went inside to purchase some items.

Not many items I could eat, but I found some. The problem came with the cashier who was having a long, detailed conversation with two guests. He spoke with multiple customers saying hi and hello until I stepped up. When I presented my two ice cream bars that I wanted to purchase, he just looked at me and didn't say anything.

After ringing up my order and I paid again, he just looked at me like, well. I asked him for a receipt, and it seemed like it was too much trouble to do that. I don't want to say it had something to do with racism. But I was the only dark-skinned person in line treated that way.

You said hello and goodbye to everybody other than me.

I was the only person he had an attitude with. I still have my receipt if you need to call me or ask me about this.

Several times I have taken my Cub reward card to Holiday in Blaine on Radisson and 109th and they have been unable to issue the credit allowed on my Cub card. I made 4 trips from the pump back into the store/station to try and solve the problem, but I lost the fight.

According to Cub Foods, I should be able to simply insert the red card into the pump and receive the credit per gallon I have earned by shopping at Cub. Never, I say NEVER, has the pump ever accepted my red Cub card. My card today had 60 cents a gallon credit coming!! So I make the trip into the store, tell the usually inexperienced cashier/clerk the problem and (s)he tells me to estimate how much gas I will need, pay that amount with my credit card, come back in and pay the balance if there is one and they will give the credit on my card.

Never works. I couldn't even begin to guess how many gallons I'd needed. Today I chose $30. I went back out to the pump and the pump shut off at $30.

I went back into store and was informed I should have guessed more. Now the Cub credit is gone. I had to go back to pump, put in my credit card and pay full price for another $35 of gas. Back into store...finally got the manager who 'graciously' gave me another 30 cents off per gallon.

I ended up losing 30 cents per gallon credit, became exhausted in 91degree heat as I'm 85 years old.

Can't you get pumps that will accept the Cub reward card like it should? I swear I will never buy gas at Holiday and I plan to tell all my friends and customers (yes, I'm still working full time!!) about your terrible service and equipment.

Mistreatment of handicapped veteran

Hello my name is William I am a disabled veteran with a brain injury I visited the store at Holiday Station, 1535 BEAM AVE

MAPLEWOOD, MN, US, 55109, I attempted to pay for gas with my credit card I sometimes have problems with cognitive day to day tasks so instead of using my debit card I was accidentally trying to use my Menards credit card the manager was attempting to help before he got aggravated and became aggressive and began to scream at me his behavior was so bad many customers in the store began to voice their complaints about him yelling at me as I maintained a calm demeanor I asked him for corporate number or his supervisor and he refused saying it was illegal to give out those numbers he was so angry he was shaking and behaving erratic. Fearful I began to record the incident and captured his behavior and him verbally threatening me at one point another cashier offered to assist me only for him to yell Im your boss as stated I have the incident recorded and will expect an apology because as a navy vet with a disability I didnt deserve to be treated in such a way and I cant help but believe hes representing your company in this case.

I paid for a car wash. The automated service wash was not functioning properly - 2nd time in 2 months.

I've been coming here for over 5 years without issue.

I spoke with the same manager (Andrew) both times.

The first time, he was sitting in his office and wouldn't come out to speak with me or look at my vehicle until I threatened to call corporate.

This time, he told me all I ever do is complain and I should go somewhere else.

He reluctantly gave me a wash, but only the rinse cycle worked. The reason I needed a re-do is the blowers weren't working and the previous wash left white wax spots on my windows that wouldn't wash off.

When I went back in to tell him the re-do was was dysfunctional, he and the other staffer were watching the car wash video and laughing. When I asked him what was so funny, he told me I needed to leave.

This was the 2nd complaint I've had regarding the car wash at this location. The 2nd in over 5 years.

I just spent $112 fueling up, whih I do at least once or twice a week.

Andrew wasn't willing to make good on my car wash purchase after seeing what I purchased?

Well, here's some news for Andrew and Herriman Holiday...

Our family always fuels up our cars and heavy duty pick-up trucks at least once axweek. We also get car washes at least every other fuel up as well.

Dur to Andrews ridiculous attitude, from now on, we will be fueling up all our vehicles at Maverick.

Thanks, Holiday for hiring lazy, uncaring, rude and incompetent staff.

You just lost a house full of 5+ year customers who spends 1,000's a year at your store.

Poor customer service and rude clerk

Condescending store clerk at store in Plymouth Minnesota 9075 Schmidt lake Rd , 56442. Her name is Lorel I believe wears glasses taller red or brunette hair possibly Caucasian like myself.Inbelievably rude bc of the question I asked .

Spoke to me in rude tone trying to making me feel small for having a question that required a response from her. 24hour store but she had no signs indicating the status of the store being open or not counter was unattended when I entered the store she seemed upset that I came inside .Ignored my courtesy with her inappropriate language.

And terrible customer service not polite but cold and demeaning. Approximately 12:30 am Saturday morning was the time and Ill b making a post via you tube to boycott this holiday location in Plymouth specifically because of her unprovoked rudeness, Misrepresentation of the holiday brand , with her lack of customer service skills period.

I used my cubrewards of $.10 of a gallon of gas. It was taken off at register but not at pump.

I am not very happy about this. I went back inside and was told they could not do anything about it. That really makes me mad!!! Now i am out of thatdiscount.

on May 8,2024, I rnyetrf the car wash at the West Fargo station. This was between 2:00 and 3:30.

Upon exiting I saw the my gas filler door was open. When I got out to close it, I saw the outer cover was missing. I immediately went in to the station and told a young man what had happened. He went out to the car wash and retrieved the part which had broken in three pieces.

The following morning I went in and talked to the manager who took down all the info and took a picture of the broken part. I also left an estimate from a body shop for the damage. She turned everything in the a Christian Riley at CircleK. When they reviewed the video of their wash, they looked at the wrong time and I was told my car was not in the wash - they looked at 9:00 AM - I was in like I said somewhere between 2:00 and 3:30.

I tried to tell Christian about the time discrepancy but she refused my claim from the body shop. I have tried to dispute the time factor but she basically said I entered at my own risk due to the fact it was a car wash with water pressure. I feel Holiday/CircleK should definitely be responsible for the $300 to replace, paint and install the new part.

BTW my car is a 2022 with only 15,00074 miles on it. Please respond to:

Target field staff and security

I went in to holiday on last Saturday and the security just gave me some type of hand adjustment and I did not know what he meant and I told him that and to speak to me and use communication

And I called in abort this issue and spoke to some one on the phone

I asked if I was bar or band from the story

I was told no

Because I did nothing wrong

I have been going in there all week with no issues and to day Thursday

I walked in put my back pack by the exit door

And I got my 2 pops and paid for them and then the cashier told the security officer that I was trespassing

So now I want a phone call from the dist manger

And I want it in black and white in a letter that I can shop here or I'm band

If I'm band I will file a lawsuit on holiday

I have done nothing wrong

Overcharge me

The big bags of chips were on sale buy one bag get one for a dollar they charge me full price for both they also advertise Bic lighters two for four and that is not the correct price the manager knows it but he won't let the workers take down the false advertisement so just be aware of what you're buying and what they're charging
